Privacy Policy

Cadence is an iPhone and Apple Watch app made by Vypr LLC. You can contact us at support@vyprsolutions.com.

Cadence works mostly on your device. Your plans, habits, shifts, budget and goals are stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud account, which we can’t access.

We don’t show ads, track you across apps or websites, or sell or share your data.

• Calendar (with your permission): To read your events and work shifts and plan your day. Read on your device; not sent to us.
• Location (while using the app, with your permission): To set your home location and estimate travel times with Apple Maps. Not sent to us.
• Apple Health (optional, read-only): To see completed workouts and check off your gym habit. Cadence never writes to Health and never sends Health data to us.
• Camera (optional): Only to scan your chosen object for a wake-up alarm mission. Processed on your device; photos are not uploaded.
• Face ID: To lock the Money tab. Handled by iOS; we never receive your face data.
• Notifications and alarms: Scheduled on your device.
• Hevy (optional): If you add your Hevy API key, it’s stored in your device’s Keychain and the app talks to Hevy directly to show your workout plan. Hevy’s own privacy policy applies to Hevy.

If you sign in, we store an account ID and the email Apple shares with us (which can be a private relay address) with our identity provider, Supabase. We don’t store your plans or other app data in this account.

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes it from our systems and revokes Sign in with Apple.

We use Sentry to receive crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. Reports include technical details such as device model, iOS version and where the error happened.

We configure it not to collect your IP address, screenshots, or your calendar, location, health or money information, and we don’t link reports to your account.

App data lives on your devices and iCloud until you delete it or the app. Account data is deleted when you delete your account. Crash reports are kept for a limited time by Sentry.

Cadence is not directed to children under 13.

We’ll update this page and the effective date if this policy changes.
